Iconic Group is a fast-growing, medium-sized company with big ambitions expanding to become a leader in securing national and industrial cleaning contracts across Australia.

We are seeking two highly capable and results-driven Business Development Managers to join our team:

- Sydney-based BDM: Focus on the Sydney market, with additional responsibility for the Brisbane region and shared coverage of the Northern Territory.

- Melbourne-based BDM: Focus on the Melbourne market, with additional responsibility for Adelaide and Perth, plus shared coverage of the Northern Territory.

Responsibilities

- Identify, pursue, and secure large-scale national and industrial contracts

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

- Develop and execute strategic business development plans

- Collaborate closely with management to drive expansion into new markets

What you need to succeed

- Proven track record in B2B sales and business development (cleaning, facilities management, or industrial services experience highly regarded)

- Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills

- Ability to manage multiple regions and travel as required

- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to exceed targets
