For the Aged-Care specialists, you know this sector. You’ve sat across the table from Facility Managers, Clinical Care Coordinators, Procurement teams, and you understand the delicate balance between compliance, budgets, and genuine resident care.
We’re looking for someone who can take those conversations further. Someone who knows how to open doors, maintain trust, and turn a great first meeting into a long-term partnership.
The Role
You’ll be managing a portfolio of aged-care clients while identifying opportunities to grow it. This is not a cold-door-knocking gig – it’s about strategic relationship management, spotting gaps, and making sure your customers see you as an indispensable partner.
Day to day you will:
Meet with senior decision makers in aged-care groups and facilities.
Prospect new accounts and re-engage lapsed ones.
Develop tailored solutions that fit compliance, budgets, and care outcomes.
Negotiate and secure supply contracts.
Deliver presentations, demos, and staff training sessions.
Represent the brand at industry events and expos.
You will need:
A solid sales track record in aged care, medical supply, or allied health.
Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow key accounts.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Confidence engaging with C-suite, procurement, and operational teams.
A results-first mindset backed by a consultative sales style.
