Facility Manager - Aged Care - South Melbourne

Here at Project Recruit Health we are recruiting for an experienced Facility Manager for very well staffed and well run Aged Care Facility in South Melbourne.

This position would suit someone who has at least 2 years experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager with very good leadership skills.

** RN not essential as long as the Manager has a significant background in Aged Care **

Overview:

Small Aged Care facility

Fully compliant home - never had an unmet!

Salary $130k + super (non-negotiable)

Relocation assistance can be discussed

Strong CM and CN on site who have been in their roles for many years

Long standing team of staff - Low turnover of staff

Requirements:

AHPRA Registered Nurse is favourable but not essential.

A Manager who has an open door policy, approachable and listens to staff and residents.

Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Commitment to customer service and a passion for making a difference to the lives of the residents.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

A commitment to quality care and improving the resident experience.
