What You'll Be Doing

Managing and growing a portfolio of local clients across Bendigo and surrounds

Identifying new opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers

Offering tailored advice and equipment solutions to meet client needs

Preparing and presenting quotes and proposals that win business

Upselling and cross-selling across our 200+ equipment categories

Working closely with the local operations team to ensure smooth delivery

Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving issues quickly

Supporting regional marketing and business development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Sales or account management experience (equipment hire industry a bonus)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail

Comfortable using CRMs like Pipedrive (or willing to learn)

Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule

Based in or around Bendigo, with knowledge of the local area a plus
