About the Role

A fast-growing, design-focused plant care brand is looking for a driven and personable Sales Account Manager to manage and grow wholesale accounts across NSW and ACT. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a well-loved range of products that bring style and simplicity to indoor gardening and plant care.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow an existing portfolio of retail stockists.

Identify and onboard new wholesale clients in the territory.

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, ensuring brand consistency and satisfaction.

Provide in-store training and product knowledge to retailers.

Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and in-store activations.

Report on territory performance and contribute to overall sales strategy.

About You

Experience in sales or account management, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, or horticultural sectors.

Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely.

Based in NSW or ACT with a current driver's license and own vehicle.

A passion for plants or indoor gardening is a strong advantage.
