We are an established trade services company looking for a Contract/Service Administrator to assist with the day to day and end to end management of key clients. Reporting to our General Manager, the role will be responsible for key client administrative tasks including generating of service reports, invoices and quotations and scheduling of internal trade staff and subcontractors.
Duties & responsibilities include:
Answering phones
Processing and sending quotes and service reports
Scheduling of reactive maintenance tasks with relevant clients / points of contact
Creating and sending monthly/quarterly client contract reports
Creating and sending accurate invoices
Assistance with the management of the service and invoice email folders
Attending client contract meetings
Generating PO’s and liaising with key subcontractors and suppliers
Assistance with the management of site inductions and preparation of SWMS
Other tasks as required
Required characteristics:
High level organisational skills and excellent attention to detail (this is key)
The ability to manage your own deadlines and workflow whilst participating in a team environment
The ability to take initiative and make decisions autonomously
Excellent customer service and phone manner
Intermediate office/administration experience
