The Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join the QMS Audits team in a permanent full-time capacity.
As the organisation's first point of contact, you will understand the importance of clear and concise communication and can easily build rapport with people. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is motivated and detail-focused to join our high-achieving, fun and supportive team.

About you:
We are looking for an ethical, self-motivated and driven professional with high-level communication skills and who is capable of getting through administrative tasks, such as student enrolments. You will be a pivotal part of our team, with a passion and commitment to the mission and the services QMS Audits provides.
Essential skills, experience, and competencies:
Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner, especially over the phone.
Highly developed written communication skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail.
Strong understanding and knowledge of customer service requirements.
Demonstrated knowledge of systems, procedures and practical requirements and obligations of such a role.
Proficiency with office technology and in the use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word and Excel, PowerPoint (desirable), with accurate word processing and data entry skills.
Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines and maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
A proactive and positive approach to resolving queries and problems.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and to also work unsupervised.

There is an expectation that you will comply with any reasonable health and safety policies and procedures and participate in meetings, training, and other relevant activities. The successful candidate will be required to undergo medical, police and security checks.
It will be an advantage if you have a Cert III in Business Administration and/or relevant experience in a similar role.
