Office Administration / Customer Service
Mel Schmidt Panel Works is a locally owned and operated business. With over 40 years of experience in the Automotive industry, our business provides collision repairs for insurance and private work.
We currently have a Full-time position available for a proactive person to join our dynamic team in the Automotive industry. This position plays an important role in ensuring efficient office operations and support the overall day to day functions of the business.
Required Role - As the Office administrator you will be the first point of contact for our customers representing our company's professionalism and dedication to excellence. Your responsibilities required for the position will be a range of administration tasks.
Managing the daily operations of the office, scheduling customer bookings, primary point of contact for customers, communicating with customers and clients via phone and email, assisting with data entry using Xero and iBodyshop, maintaining organised filing systems for documents, and other administrative functions as needed.
Requirements - Familiarity in the automotive industry processes and terminology would be an advantage, however experience in office administration or similar role will also be considered. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
