About the Role:
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a proactive and driven Customer Service Administrator to join their dynamic team in Chadstone. This is a fast-paced, engaging role where no two days are the same, you’ll be right at the centre of the action, helping to streamline operations and deliver exceptional service to both internal teams and valued customers. From processing orders and supporting the sales team, to liaising with production and logistics, you’ll play an essential part in keeping things moving in this high-energy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, building strong and professional relationships.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support across customer service and sales operations.
- Coordinate quotes, order entry, and documentation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Track and manage inventory levels, liaising with warehouse and logistics teams as needed.
- Maintain clear and accurate records, including customer interactions and job updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet timelines and exceed customer expectations.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales support.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- High attention to detail and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Positive team player with a solution-focused mindset.
