About the role

Lotus Packaging is seeking a talented Client Service Administrator fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our dynamic team in Blackburn, Victoria. This full-time position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Liaising with clients via phone, email and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

Maintaining detailed client records and documentation

Assisting with the processing of client orders and transactions

Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry and general office duties

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction

What we're looking for

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English

Strong administrative and organisational abilities with attention to detail

Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role

Familiarity with office equipment and software applications

Commitment to providing exceptional client service

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
