About the role

We are seeking a skilled and organised Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at Clark Tanks. In this full time role based in Dalby, Queensland, you will be responsible for supporting our sales team and ensuring efficient and effective customer service across all aspects of our business.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders, generating quotes, and maintaining client records

Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service

Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and the timely completion of tasks

Maintaining accurate and up to date records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system

Providing support for special projects and initiatives as required

What we're looking for

Experience in a sales or customer service administration role

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
