Is comfortable working every Saturday and Sunday, with two weekdays off in lieu

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint

Confident across social media platforms – YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Strong customer service focus and professional integrity

Highly organised, detail-oriented and resourceful

Eagerness to be part of a supportive, close-knit team environment

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining House & Land packages

Building industry relationships by attending events and networking

Supporting broader marketing and lead generation efforts

Assisting with display home operations and customer greetings

Shadowing senior sales staff and attending client meetings to learn processes

Managing enquiries from initial contact through to signing of preliminary agreements

Quoting home builds based on standard inclusions and custom requests

What You’ll Get from Us:

Base salary between $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience
