The Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in an office-based role. As a leading printing company that handles a high volume of orders daily, this position is ideal for someone who is a logical thinker, possesses a sharp eye for detail, and is eager to develop both personally and professionally. You will be the face of AAC, playing a crucial role in upholding our reputation for seamless customer experiences and innovative solutions to everyday challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

Understand and effectively communicate our broad range of printed products and event services.

Processing of phone, email and website orders.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service standards.

Embrace and contribute to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About You:

Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused mindset.

Ability to think logically and solve problems effectively.

Printing and/or understanding of Graphic Design, highly regarded.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic industry.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

A positive, proactive approach to your work.
