Our client is a boutique, design-led natural stone supplier that has earned a stellar reputation over the last 18 years. With roots in Melbourne and a bold expansion into Queensland, they are renowned for sourcing stunning, premium materials and delivering customer service that sets the industry benchmark.

As their footprint grows, they’re seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to support daily warehouse operations and admin functions at their new Meadowbrook location.

Your Role

This is a varied, customer-facing position combining showroom presentation, warehouse coordination, and administrative support. You'll be instrumental in the smooth running of the Queensland branch, working closely with both the local sales team and the Victorian head office.

Key Responsibilities

Safely handle, prepare, and present stone slabs for client inspections and outgoing orders using overhead crane

Manage incoming shipments, check inventory, and ensure materials are stored securely

Welcome and assist visitors in the showroom, delivering a warm and professional experience

Process sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and support backend logistics

Schedule showroom appointments and help prepare client quotes

Maintain accurate data in Dolibarr (CRM/ERP system), including inventory and customer records

Collaborate with the interstate team on transfers and shipping paperwork

Your Profile

Previous experience in warehouse operations, admin, or customer service (bonus if you’ve done all three!)

High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks

Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment

Competency with Microsoft Office; any exposure to Dolibarr is a plus

Forklift licence (training on gantry crane will be provided)

Positive, team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
