About the role

Join our team at The Range Hardware & Hire MITRE 10 as a full-time Sales Assistant in our Maleny, Queensland store. In this role, you will be an integral part of providing excellent customer service and contributing to the success of our thriving retail business.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with their purchasing decisions and providing knowledgeable product recommendations

Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising

Replenishing stock and keeping the sales floor well-organised

Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Handling customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner

Supporting the wider team with various administrative and operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful attitude

Good product knowledge and the ability to provide informed recommendations

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high store standards

A team player who is reliable, proactive and eager to learn

A current Queensland drivers licence is required
