SSS Australia is seeking a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator to play a critical role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading distributors of medical consumables and equipment, with a 50-year legacy of service to hospitals, aged care facilities, and primary healthcare providers.
Based at our headquarters in Murarrie, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact while supporting a dynamic and diverse sales team.
Your purpose:
As the Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for administrative, analytical, and practical support that helps our sales team succeed. From managing pricing agreements and creating reports to coordinating training events and supporting our upcoming ERP implementation, your contributions will directly improve our team’s productivity and customer service.
You’ll succeed if you:
✔️ Are proficient in Microsoft Excel – you know your way around PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and publishing professional PDFs.
✔️ Have outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with ease.
✔️ Possess strong attention to detail – especially when handling critical tasks like pricing management.
✔️ Have a continuous improvement mindset – you challenge the status quo and seek smarter ways to do things.
✔️ Can anticipate the needs of a busy sales team and take initiative to add value.
✔️ Communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders, from vendors to executives.
➕ Bonus points if you have experience or interest in event coordination.
Here's some of what you'll be doing:
Produce pricing comparisons to support sales strategies and new business wins.
Manage and maintain customer pricing agreements.
Build and distribute reports that help guide sales team decisions.
Support and enhance sales processes – especially CRM usage (Zoho).
Play a key role in our ERP system implementation – a major company milestone.
Coordinate training sessions and quarterly sales conferences, including vendor bookings and logistics.
