You are organised, friendly and reliable. You enjoy helping people and are comfortable communicating by phone, email and online.

Previous sales or administration experience is great but not essential. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your attention to detail and your ability to follow processes while staying flexible when things get busy.

If you like ticking tasks off a list, working in a supportive team and achieving clear goals, this role will suit you well.

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional support through phone, email and online communication
• Organise and schedule pest control services, ensuring bookings are managed accurately within our CRM system
• Handle enquiries efficiently, offering clear information and solutions
• Build strong relationships with customers, helping them stay on top of their regular pest control needs
• Prepare quotes and receive full training to confidently use our systems and processes
