About the Role

The Greville Clinic is a well-established, boutique cosmetic skin and injectable clinic based in South Yarra. We are currently seeking two warm, polished, and highly organised Receptionists to join our dynamic team in a part-time capacity.

We are hiring for two roles – a Morning Shift Receptionist and an Afternoon Shift Receptionist, each working 25–30 hours per week. If you're client-focused, tech-savvy, and have experience in medical or beauty reception—this is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a high-performing, supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Morning Shift – Admin & Client Liaison Focus
Tues & Thurs: 9am–2pm | Wed & Fri: 10am–3pm | Sat: 9am–5pm (27 hours/week)

Greeting and checking in clients

Managing phone and email bookings

Handling general admin duties delegated by the Business Operations Manager

Maintaining a tidy and professional front-of-house experience

Afternoon Shift – Leads & Marketing Focus
Mon, Wed & Fri: 2pm–7pm | Tue & Thurs: 2pm–9pm (27 hours/week)

Converting warm leads via outbound calls, SMS, and follow-ups

Managing reception and client experience

Creating graphics and visual content for social media and in-clinic promotions using Canva

Supporting the Business Operations Manager with campaigns and marketing rollouts

What We're Looking For

· Minimum of 2 years prior experience in a skin, cosmetic, beauty or medical clinic reception role, is a distinct advantage

· Skilled in booking systems, payment gateways, and POS technology

· Understanding of medical confidentiality, privacy and consent requirements

· A vibrant, positive, and professional attitude

· Strong proven admin skills and Microsoft Office competency (Word, Outlook, Excel)

· Good familiarity with Canva and other digital content creation software

· Comfortable managing phone enquiries, email, online bookings, and multitasking

· Must be a permanent Australian resident – this is an in-clinic role (no remote or overseas applications)
