About the Opportunity:

As a Host, you will be the face of our venues, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with one of Melbourne's top dining destinations, Yūgen, where you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
• Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
• Provide information about our venues, menus, and upcoming events.
• Assist with coat check and other guest services as needed.

About You:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a high-end restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
