Part-Time Medical Receptionist – Women’s Health Clinic (Cremorne, VIC)

We are a private women’s health clinic based in Cremorne, Victoria, led by a dedicated and compassionate doctor specialising in menopause and hormonal care. We are currently seeking a warm, reliable, and organised Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team on a long-term basis for 2-3 days per week, starting from Monday, 4th August 2025.

Position: Part-Time Medical Receptionist
Location: Cremorne, VIC
Start Date: 4th August 2025
Training: Fully provided
Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

This is a job-share position, and the successful candidate will need flexibility to cover annual and sick leave for their part-time colleague.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly welcoming and checking in patients

Managing appointment scheduling and calendar coordination

Handling patient enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Processing payments and Medicare rebates

Maintaining accurate and confidential patient records

About You

Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Confident with computer systems and appointment management software

Prior experience in a medical reception or administrative role

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience using Clinic to Cloud or similar medical practice software
