The Opportunity
We are seeking a Administration Assistant to join our team in Rockhampton. This is a front of store administration position; answering phone, liaising with staff and customers, processing invoices and all general duties.

What you’ll be responsible for
Customer service and front of store/counter duties.
Handling phone calls and email enquiries.
Processing customer invoices and payments.
Directing customers in store and liaising with the sales team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
General administration duties to assist with the day-to-day operations.
What you’ll need to be successful
Sound understanding of Microsoft suite including excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to accept a continuous learning mentality.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly, specifically relating to store point of sale system (IRMS).
Neat and tidy presentation, portraying a professional image.
