Inspirations Paint is Australia's leading Paint Specialists Franchise Group, servicing both the retail and trade markets. We currently have a position available working within the Franchise-owned Central Queensland team.

The position is for an Administration Assistant which is a permanent full time position, located at the Rockhampton office. The ideal candidate would have strong attention to detail, be a team player, have the ability to learn quickly and deliver at a high level of efficiency, while maintaining confidentiality.

The Administration Assistant is responsible for providing financial and administrative support and will work closely with other members of the Inspirations Paint Central Queensland team.

Key areas of responsibility:

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable – Preparation and Administration

Banking, Credit Card payments, petty cash and payment processing

General office duties including stationery orders, filing and answering enquires

Support to the CQ Group’s store Managers in Rockhampton, Emerald, Gladstone and Yeppoon

In addition, the Administration Assistant will also assist in general office duties and functions as requested by Store managers from time to time.

Experience / Attributes:

Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable

Proficient in data entry and management

Microsoft Excel experience mandatory

Pronto ERP system experience desirable

Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills

Effective organisational and time management skills

Strong work ethic

Ability to work as a team member
