We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team across QLD & NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and correspondence
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Preparing and distributing documents, reports, and presentations
Maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Providing general administrative support to staff
Assisting with event planning and coordination
Ordering and managing office supplies
Liaising with clients and other external parties
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
