Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at BMR Tax Advisory you will provide essential administrative support to our SMSF teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. Your role will involve managing office tasks, assisting with client communications, and supporting our SMSF team in managing compliance, reporting, and client records.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the SMSF team, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.
Maintain and organise client records, ensuring all SMSF-related documents are accurately stored and up to date.
Coordinate client communications, and handle inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with compliance-related tasks, including liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Handle incoming correspondence and manage office logistics.
Support team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role, within an accounting or financial services environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
