We’re on the hunt for a passionate Integration Support Specialist to join a talented global team supporting one of the world’s leading enterprise platforms.

You’ll be the go-to expert for resolving complex inbound and outbound integration issues, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customers get the most out of the platform. If you love solving problems, working with a diverse tech stack, and making a real difference for customers, this role’s for you!

What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Own and resolve escalations for complex integrations and platform issues
• Act as a customer advocate, providing expert technical guidance
• Troubleshoot across authentication, APIs, email systems, and network infrastructure
• Create clear documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base
• Collaborate across global teams to deliver high-quality support and improvements

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years’ experience in Technical/Application/Software Support
• Strong JavaScript troubleshooting skills (read, debug, and write code)
• Knowledge in two or more of: LDAP/Active Directory, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, email infrastructure (O365, Exchange), REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC/ODBC, ETL, networking
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
• Clear, confident communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Haves (Not Essential):

• SaaS/PaaS support experience
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, ELK)
• Experience with relational databases, Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server
