Technical Digital Delivery Specialist
📍 Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra | ⏳ 6-month contract | 💙 Purpose-led organisation
Are you ready to bring your technical expertise to a role that truly makes a difference?
At Diabetes Australia, we’re seeking a Technical Digital Delivery Specialist to help us deliver smarter, more impactful digital communications across our national programs. You’ll be working with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights–Journeys, collaborating with passionate teams and helping us reach Australians with timely, relevant, and meaningful messages.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the technical delivery of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring they’re built, tested and deployed with precision. You’ll help us transition from HubSpot to Dynamics 365, optimise our digital workflows and manage third-party tools like SMS gateways and email platforms. You’ll also play a key role in reporting, compliance and continuous improvement.
This role is hands-on, collaborative, and purpose-driven. You’ll work closely with our Marketing & Communications team and external vendors to ensure every message we send is secure, accessible and effective.
Why This Role Matters
Every communication we send supports someone living with or at risk of diabetes. Whether it’s a reminder, a resource, or an invitation to a health program, your work helps us connect with people in ways that improve lives.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract and you can be based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, or Canberra. We offer flexibility, a supportive team culture, and the chance to contribute to something bigger than yourself.
Why join us?
At Diabetes Australia, our values of Compassion, Commitment, Accountability, Authenticity, and Collaboration guide everything we do. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven team working to create lasting change for the 1.5 million people living with diabetes, and those at risk.
