• Work flexibly either part-time or full-time, whether it be fulltime, a 4 day work week or fewer days.
• No more than 6 face‑to‑face clients per day with 2 hours admin/reporting time built into your schedule
• Diverse caseload with focus on paediatrics aged 3–18, plus clients across the lifespan
• Multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, Counsellors & Exercise Physiologists
• 2 Clinics across Newcastle, allowing for flexibility and variety
• Supportive admin team to help with scheduling and client coordination
• Option for flexible work arrangements including WFH, in-clinic and community support

Overview of the Role & Practice

This Allied‑Health provider has built a reputation for excellence across Newcastle. You’ll work with a wide range of clients, primarily NDIS participants aged 3–18 (but scope for adult clients too), alongside a supportive and well-integrated team of health professionals. Your Duties will Include

• Deliver high-quality behavioural support to clients across age groups, primarily children
• Conduct assessments, therapy, and reporting with no more than 6 billable hours/day.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a warm, professional environment
• Work out of Newcastle-based clinics.

Requirements/ Skills

• Experience in Behaviour Support roles or multidisciplinary practice preferred
• Strong experience working with children and families
• Psychology degree (or related), PBS certification & NDIS behaviour support registration
• Proficient, Advanced or Specialist proficiency level of BSP accreditation would be highly regarded.
