We’re seeking an Application Support Engineer – Web UX to join a highly collaborative APJ Tech Support team, supporting customers across the globe.
You’ll troubleshoot challenging web-based issues, advocate for users, and work closely with developers, administrators, and internal teams to ensure customers get the most out of the platform.

What Your Days Will Look Like:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UX and frontend platform issues
- Analyse log files and apply standard debugging practices
- Collaborate with customer admins, developers, and internal teams to resolve issues
- Apply knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Contribute to knowledge base materials and continuous product learning
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- 2-4 years in technical/application/software support (web-based products or e-commerce preferred)
- Strong skills in dynamic HTML components: AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, XML, HTML, XHTML
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Jelly)
- Understanding of web application stacks and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle)
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities
Nice to Haves:
- Backend programming (Java or similar)
- Familiarity with Linux, UNIX, or other OS
- Experience in defect and escalation management
