💼 The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a future-proof industry. As a Residential Heat Pump and Air Conditioning Sales Specialist, you will:

Educate customers on energy-efficient heat pumps and air conditioning systems.

Guide them through the rebate process.

Earn exceptional commissions for every sale you make.

With warm leads provided and full training, you’ll be set up for success from day one.

✅ What You’ll Do

Engage with residential customers and explain the benefits of heat pump and air conditioning technology.

Close sales using company-provided leads and your own network.

Provide tailored energy-efficient solutions to meet customer needs.

Work with our operations team to ensure seamless installations.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Proven residential sales experience (heat pumps, air conditioning, solar, or energy upgrades highly regarded).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

A motivated, results-driven mindset.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across metro & regional VIC.
