What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete high-quality behavioural assessments and create evidence-based, tailored strategies.
• Reduce restrictive practices in line with NDIS guidelines and advocate strongly for positive change.
• Provide training and coaching to families, carers, and support workers to put behaviour plans into practice.
• Work across forensic, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and home-based settings.
• Collaborate with a knowledgeable, approachable team who share ideas and expertise.

What We’re Looking For

• NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or Proficient).
• Experience with complex and high-risk behaviours, ideally in forensic or similar settings (or willing to learn more about this space as they will teach/support you)
• Independent, proactive, and confident in decision-making.
• Current driver’s licence and vehicle, plus NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and full working rights in Australia.
