Overview:
This is a great opportunity for a Rostering Coordinator to work in a supportive organisation committed to accessibility and inclusion.
Do you have experience in advanced rostering ensuring the efficient and person-centred scheduling of support staff across Supported Independent Living, Day programs and Community Participation supports?
Are you committed to driving process improvement and ensuring organisational cost effectiveness, workforce planning alignment and quality service delivery?

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining accurate and timely rosters to meet the needs of all service areas.
Matching Support staff based on skills, experience, client preferences and continuity of care.
Responding quickly and effectively to fill urgent or unplanned leave, shift cancellations or critical staffing gaps.
Ensuring full compliance with the SCHADS Award, NDIS Practice Standards, WHS and industrial obligations.
Working with operational leaders, HR and Finance to align rosters with organisation and service delivery goals.
Qualifications:
Cert IV in Disability, Community Services, Business Administration or similar (desirable)
Current Drivers Licence
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Experience:
Demonstrated rostering or workforce coordination experience in a disability, aged care or community services setting.
Experience in managing rostering platforms and reporting tools (ShiftCare) or similar.
Strong understanding of the SCHADS Award, NDIS funding structures and compliance.
Skills and Competencies:
High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Commitment to quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and rostering/reporting systems.
