We are looking for a highly organised and people-oriented Administration Coordinator to become the central hub of our operations. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being the first point of contact, and takes pride in creating smooth, efficient systems that support both staff and participants.
As the face of our organisation, you’ll manage staff rosters, reception duties, and internal communications. But just as importantly, you’ll help build a positive culture by forming strong relationships with families, participants, and staff from all backgrounds. Your ability to balance administrative precision with genuine human connection will make you an invaluable part of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain staff rosters, ensuring coverage and efficiency across all shifts.
Act as the first point of contact for participants, staff, visitors, and families—both in person and via phone/email.
Build and maintain positive relationships with families, participants, and team members.
Provide administrative support across departments, including data entry, document management, and scheduling.
Experience in a rostering system would be advantageous
Respond to staffing and participant needs with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Support onboarding and orientation of new staff members.
Ensure reception and common areas are welcoming and well-maintained.
