Client Service Coordinator – NDIS | Wollongong Region

Do you have strong NDIS knowledge and a passion for supporting people with disabilities? We’re seeking a Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Wollongong, providing high-quality, person-centred support coordination and service delivery.
This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication, rostering, and problem-solving skills. You’ll be responsible for managing a caseload of 25 to 35 clients, ensuring each participant receives tailored support aligned with their goals and NDIS plans.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Coordinate client services across community and home settings
Manage rosters and schedules, ensuring appropriate staff allocation
Build meaningful relationships with clients, families, support workers, and stakeholders
Monitor and update NDIS service bookings, plans, and funding usage
Provide support to frontline workers with guidance and supervision
Respond to urgent matters as part of a rotating on-call roster (flexibly shared across the team)
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold service compliance
What You’ll Bring:
✔️ Experience with NDIS systems, processes, and funding arrangements
✔️ Strong skills in rostering/scheduling across multiple support workers
✔️ A client-centred approach that prioritises individual goals and dignity
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ High level of administrative competency and time management
✔️ Initiative and problem-solving in a fast-paced service environment
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively and reliably within a team
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, or related field (essential)
Diploma or higher qualifications in Human Services, Social Work, or Case Management (desirable)
Strong working knowledge of the NDIS Practice Standards, Quality & Safeguards, and participant funding models
Experience with NDIS software systems (e.g. PRODA, ShiftCare, FlowLogic, Careview etc.)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and First Aid & CPR
Ability to use modern communication tools and digital platforms with confidence
A professional, person-centred attitude with empathy, discretion, and a commitment to participant rights
Management experience highly desirable
