About the role

Pathways Longueville is a luxurious, boutique residential aged care community, set to open in 2025. Pathways Longueville sets a new benchmark in aged care, offering a unique blend of sophistication and exceptional care.

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join our team. As the Rostering Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the schedules and shifts of our dedicated team of care workers, ensuring efficient delivery of our high-quality aged and disability support services. This is a full-time position.

The role:

Develop and maintain comprehensive staff rosters to efficiently allocate resources and meet client needs

Liaise closely with care workers to understand their availability and preferences, and accommodate these where possible

Monitor and adjust rosters in response to unplanned absences, emergencies or changes in client requirements

Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll data by reviewing and approving staff timesheets

Provide support and guidance to care workers on rostering and scheduling matters

Collaborate with the broader operations team to identify opportunities for process improvements

About you:

Proven experience in a rostering or scheduling role, ideally within the aged care or disability support sector

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with care workers

Proficient in using rostering and scheduling software, as well as Microsoft Office applications

A commitment to delivering the highest standards of client care

Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry regulations
