Role Description

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Support Coordinator level 2 and level 3, located in Rouse Hill, NSW. The Support Coordinator will be responsible for daily tasks such as delivering exceptional customer service, managing cases, providing technical support, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Support Coordinator will handle day-to-day client interactions, develop individualized care plans, and ensure that all client needs are met thoroughly and timely.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills

Experience in Case Management and Customer Service

Proficiency in Technical Support and related technical skills

Compassionate and empathetic attitude

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Prior experience in the healthcare or social work sector is a plus

Relevant qualifications or a background in Nursing, Social Work, or related fields

Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current National Police Check

Working with Children Check

Minimum 2 years' experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator Level 2/3

Valid Australian driver's licence and access to reliable vehicle

Pay Rate

$80,000 to $90,000 per year
