Workforce Coordinator.
After a Team Restructure and the introduction of a new funded Program and in readiness for SAH changes, we are seeking a professional Workforce Coordinator to join the team.
Just Better Care Macarthur is seeking to engage an experienced professional who is able to hit the ground running working with our Community Care Staff and Management, supporting our professional and successful Community Care Programs for the Support at Home, CHSP Program, NDIS, Private and Brokerage customers we work with.
This role forms a crucial part of our key supervisory and operations unit working alongside our experienced management team on behalf of our clients.
Collaborating closely with all team leaders and service managers to understand and meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Utilise rostering software AlayaCare, to optimise staff scheduling ensuring “great outcomes”
Analyse workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement proactive strategies.
Act as a liaison between staff and management, addressing concerns and fostering open communication.
Contribute to the development and implementation of workforce planning initiatives.
Recruitment and Selection of new Support Staff
Ongoing monitoring and nurturing of a team culture that focuses on customer services and safety
Who you are
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has proven experience and can demonstrate
Experience in rostering and coordinating the delivery of Community Care Services
Experience in managing Workforce issues including recruiting, supervision, coaching and mentoring
Experience in incident management and reporting
Your day will include coordinating on-boarding, managing rosters, education of csw, resolving escalations, staff monitoring and continuously improving systems and processes. This is a people first role that calls for exceptional organisation, clear communication, and a strong understanding of the Community Care Services
Responsibilities:
End-to-end matching of participants and support workers based on compatibility
Support clients through their intake, on boarding, and service commencement
Experience in troubleshooting issues as they arise
Build professional relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners
Identify and address training and development needs for support workers
Monitor and improve processes to ensure person-centred, scalable care delivery
Staff supervision and implementing / monitoring training as per company and funders requirements
