From the front desk to the back office, your role will be central to ensuring everything runs like clockwork. A snapshot of your role….

• Oversee day-to-day office management including facilities, office supplies, mail and couriers, and vendor liaison

• Own front-of-house operations: welcome guests, manage the reception area, and coordinate client-facing spaces

• Support leadership and HR teams with onboarding, events, and team initiatives

• Maintain office systems, troubleshoot issues, and keep everything running smoothly

• Be the go-to person for all things admin, offering support across the business as needed
