We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Manager to oversee and streamline our administrative operations, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently in support of our engineering and project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the business.

Develop, implement, and maintain office systems, policies, and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Oversee document control, contract administration, and project filing systems.

Coordinate HR-related functions including recruitment, onboarding, leave management, and staff records.

Manage accounts payable/receivable processes in coordination with the finance team.

Support directors and senior managers with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and subcontractors as required.

Oversee office facilities, supplies, and technology needs.

Prepare and maintain business reports, registers, and compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in an administration management role, ideally within an engineering, construction, or professional services environment.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with document control/project management software.

Sound understanding of business compliance and record-keeping requirements.

High level of attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
