About the Role:

You’ll take the reins of a tidy residential portfolio with ongoing support from senior leadership and your internal team. Responsibilities include:

Overseeing tenant and landlord communications

Managing repairs, maintenance, and routine inspections

Rent collection, arrears, and general tenancy management

Supporting team initiatives and participating in a positive office environment

About You:

1–3 years of experience in real estate (property management, leasing, or reception)

NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

Familiarity with PropertyMe highly regarded

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills

Team-first attitude with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
