About the role

• Support centres across SA to deliver outstanding practice and pedagogy
• Facilitate engaging professional learning for educators, leaders, and teachers
• Coach and mentor teams to drive continuous quality improvement
• Review environments and resources to enhance learning outcomes
• Collaborate with national education and leadership teams
• Full time and permanent, core business hours
• You will be based locally with hybrid working arrangements and travel to centres throughout South Australia.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor or Masters of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Full SA Teacher Registration
• Experience in long day care settings
• Strong NQF knowledge and practical application skills
• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, and adult education
• Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
• (Bonus) Cert IV in Training & Assessment
