Bookkeeper & Operations Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Join a leading, award-winning commercial property agency in Adelaide with a reputation for excellence. We’re seeking an experienced Bookkeeper & Operations Manager to oversee financial reporting and support operational efficiency across two busy offices.
About the Role This dual role is perfect for a highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has experience in both bookkeeping and business operations. You’ll play a vital part in supporting the financial health and day-to-day functions of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping (MYOB):

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using MYOB
  • Bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and BAS statements
  • Process payroll, superannuation, and staff entitlements
  • Support budget planning and cash flow management
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed

Operations Management:

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across two offices
  • Ensure efficient office procedures and resource management
  • Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and office systems
  • Support compliance with property industry regulations
  • Assist with onboarding, staff training, and internal communications
  • Contribute to planning of company events, systems upgrades, and process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally within real estate or property
  • Proficient in MYOB and confident with financial reporting
  • Strong operational or office management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently
  • Knowledge of property management software (advantageous)
