Solan Pty Ltd is Australia’s leading producer of early generation mini tubers for the national potato industry. Located in the beautiful Riverland town of Waikerie, our highly specialised, high-health production facility includes a state-of-the-art tissue culture lab, protected cropping nursery and ultra-clean post-harvest systems. We're now seeking a skilled Production Operations Supervisor to step into the business as 2IC to the General Manager, with a clear pathway to take the reins over time.

You’ll lead our production team hands-on, oversee protected cropping operations, maintain quality and compliance to national seed standards, and liaise with customers and stakeholders across the Australian horticulture industry. For a motivated leader with protected cropping or nursery experience, this is a rare succession opportunity to build your career at the highest level of industry excellence.

You’ll Bring:

Leadership experience in nursery, protected cropping or intensive horticulture

A strong understanding of crop scheduling, irrigation, pest management & team supervision

Qualifications in horticulture, agriculture or agribusiness (Cert IV+)

Confidence to grow into a senior leadership role with support from the current GM and board
