As we continue to grow, particularly in food service, we’re on the lookout for a Sales & Business Development Manager ready to step up and help us take Carême to more kitchens across the country.
This is a great opportunity to move into a senior sales role, working closely with our Managing Director. You’ll be the driving force behind new customer growth and relationship management, while learning from and contributing to our high-level strategic plans.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
Commercially sharp, with at least 4 years of B2B sales or key account management experience
A natural relationship builder who knows how to engage chefs, distributors, and buyers
A quick learner with the confidence and curiosity to grow into a senior role
Organised, detail-oriented, and structured, with an aptitude for sales planning and execution
A background in the kitchen or hospitality industry is desirable - you get chefs and understand the culture of commercial kitchens.
What You’ll Be Doing
Growing our Food Service footprint - building relationships with distributors, large end-users, and manufacturers
New business development in food service
Travelling interstate regularly to build and nurture relationships with customers and distributors
Work alongside our MD in managing and supporting independent retail distributors & national accounts like Coles, Woolworths, and Harris Farm Markets
Collaborating with marketing & operations to uncover new product opportunities
Analysing sales data and performance trends
Deliver insights through effective sales planning, reporting and forecasting.
