We’re partnering with a high-growth FMCG business leading the way in health, wellness, and lifestyle. Known for their bold brands and design-led thinking, they’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and elevate their presence across Instagram, TikTok and beyond.

In this role, you’ll bring brand storytelling to life, foster community connection, and collaborate with internal creatives and external influencers to create content that cuts through. With the support of an intern and strong internal resources, you'll have the tools and autonomy to make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of organic social media strategies across Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage and maintain a multi-brand content calendar aligned with seasonal moments, campaigns, and trends.
• Create and brief platform-first content in partnership with designers, creators, and influencers.
• Oversee day-to-day community management to build brand engagement and loyalty.
• Plan and execute influencer collaborations and gifting programs, including talent sourcing and relationship management.
• Use insights and analytics to measure performance and optimise content for reach, engagement, and growth.
• Guide and support a social intern in daily tasks, reporting, and scheduling.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends to keep the brands culturally relevant.

Experience & Skills Needed

• 3–5 years’ experience in social media management for a fast-moving consumer or lifestyle brand.
• Proven success growing and engaging audiences on Instagram and TikTok.
• Strong creative judgement and a natural understanding of visual storytelling.
• Experience collaborating with both internal creative teams and external content creators.
• Confident interpreting platform metrics and using insights to inform strategy.
• Background in influencer management or ambassador programs.
• Agile, hands-on approach, comfortable working across multiple brands and in fast-paced environments.
• Bonus: Experience in FMCG, wellness, beauty sectors.
