ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Maintenance & Service Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring our service team runs smoothly and efficiently, enabling us to deliver prompt, high-quality support to our clients. This role involves:
Scheduling daily runs for our on-road service technicians
Coordinating with clients and technicians to arrange repairs and maintenance
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Assisting with preparation of custom quotes when required
Entering repair data accurately into our systems
Liaising with the maintenance team to prioritise urgent jobs
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, based in our Port Melbourne office. Please note, this role is 100% office-based with no work-from-home option.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you must:
Have previous experience in scheduling, service coordination, or a similar role
Possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Be a confident communicator with a professional phone manner
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based scheduling systems
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Be able to work collaboratively with technicians, clients, and colleagues

Requirements (Must Have Before Starting)

A current Police Check and Working with Children Check
Minimum two COVID vaccinations plus booster
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Completion of all required NDIS training modules
