Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Super + Fully Maintained Service Vehicle

Protection Pacific Security is a privately owned Australian Company established in 1992. As part of our many services, we operate and maintain our own ASIAL Graded and Certified Control Room to service our customer base.

We specialise in the installation and servicing of Intruder Detection Systems, Access Control and CCTV.

We have an opportunity for a certified professional and well experienced security technician who is wanting to join an exciting and rapidly expanding business. You will be provided with a fully maintained company service vehicle that will have all the essentials you need for your daily work duties.

What you will be doing:

Servicing, Routine Maintenance, Installation, commissioning, programming and troubleshooting on all aspects of Electronic Security, Access Control & CCTV systems.

Your focus will be to deliver an excellent customer service experience using your experience with sound communication skills and product knowledge. You will ensure our clients are serviced on time and support the Sales and Service Dept's as needed with installation, commissioning or service requirements.

The Role Responsibilities:

• Attending client sites on time when scheduled
• Installation and commissioning of security, access control and CCTV systems
• Service & repairs, including off site support to the Service Team
• Routine maintenance services with associated documentation.
• Accurate documentation of all materials used and ‘time and attendance’ for invoicing.

Required Experience:

• Advanced technical experience with Electronic Security
• Installation, service and maintenance experience with Security, Access Control & CCTV systems
• Knowledge of IT networking
• Commissioning Security, Access Control & CCTV systems
• Victorian Private Security Installer Licence & Working With Children Check
• Victorian Driver’s License
• EWP Licence

Commencement Date: As soon as possible.
