We keep our work in-house, invest in our people, and set the bar high for quality, integrity, and professionalism. We’re now bringing our finance function fully in-house — and we want someone who knows the pace, demands, and realities of the trades world.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of our end-to-end finance function — no bookkeeper above you, no outsourcing. From AP/AR to payroll, BAS to cashflow, you’ll handle it all and ensure our Directors have accurate, timely data to drive decisions.

What You’ll Do

AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations

Payroll, STP, super, entitlements

BAS, payroll tax, TPAR

Month-end reports (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow)

Cashflow management, WIP, stock on hand

Year-end prep for external accountants

Process improvement across Xero, Ezzybills, Ascora

What You Bring

5+ years’ experience in full-function accounting

Xero expertise & digital finance tool knowledge

GST, BAS, payroll compliance skills

Trade/construction finance experience highly regarded (plastering a big plus!)

Detail-driven, proactive, and independent
