About the Role
This hybrid position involves both back-end sales administration and front-line associate responsibilities, giving you exposure to every part of the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling the agent’s day to day operations and providing admin support
Sales contract processing, listing setup, and settlement coordination
Buyer follow-up and high-touch communication with clients
Preparing marketing materials, appraisal kits, and prospecting letters
Running social media pages
Managing the sales database (Rex, PropertyMe preferred but not essential)
Attending week day open homes, property inspections, and photoshoots
Coordinating diary appointments and client meetings
Handling web listings and updates to the company website
Liaising with solicitors, buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 months’ experience in real estate or property administration
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
A driver’s licence and reliable car
An interest in photography/videography/graphic design, a bonus, but not essential
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client service skills
Confidence working both independently and in a team
Desire to grow your real estate knowledge and career pathway
Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a genuine love for the industry
