About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance Manager to manage our financial operations and provide strategic financial insights across our group of businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on finance leader to build our Team while managing financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and compliance while ensuring the integrity of our financial processes.

As the Finance Manager, you will lead a small team, working closely with our External Accountant and Business Advisory team, and our Senior Management team.

This role will be a key business partner to Directors and Senior Managers, providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive growth.

About the Role

• Leading the finance function across all entities associated with RQC Group. This includes both internal entities and also external partner entities.

• Managing financial reporting, budgeting, cashflow, and forecasting to support business strategy.

• Developing and implementing financial processes to enhance operations and ensure compliance in all financial areas.

• Providing proactive financial analysis and reporting to assist our senior leadership team in making informed decisions.

• Development and training of our finance team to ensure best outcomes.

• Proactively interact with external resources to maintain knowledge and ensure ongoing best practice.

About You

• Do you have a degree in Accounting or Finance (CA or CPA preferred.

• Do you have proven experience in leading and developing a finance team.

• Do you have proven experience in developing and managing financial systems and processes.

• Do you have proven experience in managing in multiple entity organisations.

• Do you have proven experience in stakeholder management at multiple levels.
