The Opportunity
This is your chance to become the operational backbone of one of Loan Market’s most successful boutique brokerages. Based in Milton, you’ll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and create systems that deliver results. You’ll work directly with the Managing Director to ensure the business runs like clockwork, while being part of a driven, supportive, and growth-focused team.

What You’ll Do

Oversee settlements, client retention programs, CRM management, and lead funnels

Identify and implement process improvements, including automation tools and AI integrations

Support brokers with milestone tracking, deal flow, and removing bottlenecks

Manage team accreditation, training, and compliance

Build operational structures that prevent recurring issues and keep things moving forward

Maintain strong communication with clients, lenders, and referral partners

Champion a positive, high-energy team culture

What We’re Looking For

Proven operations or office management experience (finance/mortgage broking preferred)

Tech-savvy with experience integrating automation into workflows

Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused

Strategic thinker who is also comfortable rolling up their sleeves

Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
